NINOS (CHILDREN) FOUNDATION

WE PROVIDE BASIC NEEDS, PROTECTION, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND LONG-TERM BENEFITS.

“A CHILD, A DESTINY” is our slogan as we believe that every single child has a glorious destiny that must be fulfilled. We care for destitute and indigent children. We run a residential Home where street children are cared for in an atmosphere of love, provided with education and skill acquisition to bring out the best in them and assist them to fulfill their glorious destinies. We also have 35 children from same community who were out of school that we sponsor their education in two primary schools and the community secondary school. Our Donors help provide material and financial support for the boys’ day to day care and help to the community. We can not do it all, but together we can make great impact. Your material and financial support and collaboration with family and friends can help fund projects that affect lives positively. Our efforts impacts lives for a lifetime.

THE ORGANISATION'S FOCUS

RESIDENTIAL HOME

We run a residential Home where street children are cared for in an atmosphere of love, provided with education and skill acquisition to bring out the best in them and assist them to fulfill their glorious destinies.

TRAINING

We organise training sessions for parents, teachers and other caregivers on child handling. We also teach children to be balanced spiritually, physically, mentally and socially.

SCHOOL PROJECTS

Ninos Children Foundation supports the local community primary and high schools with Furniture, White boards, Text books, Note books, School sandals, School bags, Uniforms, PTA (Parents/Teachers Association) levies and WAEC (High School Leaving Certificate Examination) fees.

About Ninos Children Foundation

NINOS is the Spanish word for CHILDREN. The vision was conceived out of concern for children whose destinies are being truncated due to poverty, uncaring parents, lack of vision/dream of a better life and lack of infrastructure on the part of government. The foundation was registered in February 2012 as a non governmental organization. Ninos (Children) Foundation was registered as a Non-Governmental Organization in 2012 but officially launched and started operating in June 2014. We cater for the overall wellbeing of children. We run a residential Home located in Magboro, Ogun state where street children are cared for in an atmosphere of love to bring out the best in them and assist them to fulfill their glorious destinies.
